Associate Data and Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to contribute to our Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and emerging AI/ML solutions. You will report to the Head of Data and partner with stakeholders across ICONIQ to deliver insights and data-powered products.

We’re looking for a dynamic individual with strong technical and program management skills to build scalable solutions across BI, Data Engineering, and AI domains. This role sits on the Data & Business Intelligence team and collaborates closely with engineering, operations, investment, and finance teams. You will play a hands-on role in developing analytics pipelines, ML-enriched insights, and BI dashboards to drive strategic decision-making.

• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, optimize business processes, and support strategic planning. Standardize KPIs and workflows in partnership with stakeholders across the firm.
• Build, develop, and maintain reliable data pipelines and analytical models using SQL and Python. Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Contribute to the development of AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, NLP, and GenAI tools that enhance internal products and workflows. Support prototyping and integration of emerging technologies.
• Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and self-service tools using platforms like Tableau or Looker. Translate complex data into intuitive, actionable insights for business users.
• Drive execution of key data initiatives, managing project timelines, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
